But first… Coffee!

Happy October everyone! It’s finally starting to feel like fall, which means pumpkin spice is in full swing. While this is something I look forward to every year, I knew this year my typical order wouldn’t fit into my new lifestyle. Instead of giving it up completely, I found a way to make this treat a healthy one. I incorporate ingredients that are compliant with my new lifestyle, allowing me to still enjoy this wonderful flavor in my coffee!

I start by brewing hot coffee, then I add that to a blender with some almond milk, coconut oil, and pumpkin pie spice. It’s that simple! So few ingredients for a filling, fall-flavored brew. Just pour it in your favorite mug and sip away 🙂

At home pumpkin spice latte:

Ingredients

8 ounces brewed black coffee

1/4 cup almond milk

1 teaspoon coconut oil

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and enjoy!
